It is the bride’s / customer’s responsibility to record any/all changes/comments to the dress in the NOTES section of the online ordering check-out page to confirm the final details of your order. Our Goddess By Nature team & bridal stylist takes no responsibility in remembering these or communicating these changes.

It is the responsibility of the bride / customer to identify whether she plans to lose weight in the notes section of the online ordering page, and to send the Goddess By Nature team the updated measurements six months before the wedding if so.

Goddess By Nature makes all our dresses to standard sizes as per our size chart (unless there has been a custom request for certain changes to be made) and it is the customer’s / bride’s responsibility to get alterations / tweaks once she has received the dress if need be at professional reputable alterations places.  All females have different body shapes and which could change as well leading up to receiving the gown 6-8 months later on and it is expected to get alterations once you have received your dress for the final perfect fit to suit your body.

Goddess By Nature will match your measurements to our standard size chart; we can do split sizing if necessary. Further alterations/tweaks are common upon delivery to ensure a perfect fit. All further alterations/ changes / tweaks costs are covered by the bride / customer and will be done externally as we do not perform in-house alterations unless by request.

No changes to the design can be made once ordered. All dresses are made to order for each bride’s order, therefore Goddess By Nature do not refund if the bride / customer changes her mind or if she feels the dress does not suit her upon receiving the gown as further alterations will be required for the best fit or if her body shape changes and feel that the dress does not fit her best or what she envisioned it should be like. We do keep a record of all photos taken during fittings in our sample gowns to refer to it and taking that into account when making your dress.

However if there is in the rare exception that a manufacturing fault has occur we will do our best to rectify this and come to a best solution for all as we want to ensure you’re happy with the dress you’ve received. All communication needs to be made straight away upon receiving the dress within 7 days if there are any issues prior to taking it to alterations as once the dress has been altered and touched in anyway we do not take responsibility for any issues that has arisen then due to external changes done to the dress.

Extra length or sizing can be accommodated as per request at additional costs. The length of your dress is made within 5cm increments, Eg: 142cm will be 145cm in length.
