If your wedding is 6-8 months away, you will be a Standard Made-To-Order GBN bride. As soon as your order is placed, our production team will start making your dress in our Australian studio, based on the exact size and measurements you specified. If you need assistance with determining your proper measurements or sizing, we recommend getting in touch with our team. We can work you through the whole measurement process step-by-step! Standard Made-To-Order gowns take anywhere between 4-6 months. As soon as your dress is ready it will be despatched with DHL Express 2-3 day shipping directly to your door.
If your wedding is in 4 months or less, you will be a Rush Made-To-Order GBN bride. An additional fee of $200 AUD will be added to your total. This will push the production of your gown to the front of our production line in our Australian studio. Rush orders are done in 2 months or less, including the delivery timeframe to your door. We ship ALL of our gown orders with DHL Express, so you can be sure that your gown will be on it’s way to you in a quick and efficient manner. Please advise us of your wedding date as soon as your rush order is placed.
We have a select range of our good to brand new condition marketing samples available for sale online. If your wedding is less than 4 weeks away, or if you are working with a limited budget, then shopping our sample sale gowns is a great way to go! Only Standard Sizes available. Please compare your measurements with our GBN Size Chart before ordering one of our sample sale gowns to ensure a proper fit. Alterations are to be done at the cost of the bride. All samples have a 1-inch seam allowance allowing you to let-out or take-in any of our samples easily. We also sell our linings and laces by the yard, in case you require extra fabric to alter your gown. Please get in touch with us if you want to discuss a plan for altering one of our samples. We can let you know in detail what can be done.

BUST – Take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your bust, across the nipple.
WAIST – Take a snug measurement around the smallest part of your waistline.
HIPS – Take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your bum. NOT your hip bones.
BICEP – Take a loose measurement at the fullest part of your upper arm.
SLEEVE LENGTH – Hold arm out at a 40° angle, measure from shoulder to wrist.
NOTE: We recommend “snug” measurements for your bust/waist/hip areas to ensure the closest fit. This means the measuring tape is not loose or falling down, but is pressed firmly against your body without squeezing. For sleeves, we recommend looser measurements to ensure that your sleeves are not too tight. You can always have them taken in.
ADVICE: Don’t put too much pressure on yourself when taking measurements. Half an inch isn’t going to drastically change your size recommendation. Alterations are almost always done after receiving your dress to make small tweaks to ensure a perfect fit.
If you live in Australia, your gown will be shipped via Australia Post or Local Couriers which takes between 1-3 business days depending on your location. You will be sent tracking information by our Dispatch team so you can keep an eye out for your gown. It is recommended you order a GBN dress bag to keep your gown safe until your wedding day!
We ship our gown orders worldwide. All international orders are sent via DHL Express shipping which takes between 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping costs vary by location. We use Express couriers only to ensure a safe and quick delivery of your gown. In order to determine your shipping costs please enter your address on the checkout page. For our international customers, duties and taxes will need to be paid upon delivery of your gown. They are not covered by us as tax and duty rates vary country to country.
Because our gowns are Made-To-Order, we must strictly enforce that all sales are final. We do not offer returns in exchange for full refunds. However, if there is a physical issue with your gown upon receiving it, we ask that you document it and contact us immediately. Issues with production of our gowns are rare, but, we aren’t perfect and things do happen! We don’t want our customers to worry. You can rest assured that it is our Customer Service Policy to correct any physical issues with your gown that were not a part of your original order. Each case will be subject to our team’s discretion and a solution will be offered to you accordingly.
