Depending on where you’re located and how many dresses are purchased, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
We ship your bridal gown in a complimentary GBN bridal box packaged and wrapped beautifully. We also recommend purchasing an additional bridal gown dust bag at for $20 to protect your gown when it’s taken out of the box on arrival.
Once your gown has shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you can watch it in transit.
In Australia, we ship via local courier only. This includes package tracking, insurance and a signature to be required on delivery.
TIP: If there is no one home to accept your gown when it arrives during weekday business hours, it is preferable that you have your gown sent to a work or family member’s address. This will ensure a safe delivery.
U.S. & Canada Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery.
A NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE: Please contact our Europe HQ in Dublin, Ireland at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information about ordering a gown. At this moment in time, we are unable to ship directly to customers in the U.K. and Europe. You will need to visit one of our stockist locations to purchase a GBN dress. You can find our European stockists here.
F A Q
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?
We work with brides who have both extended and minimal time frames. Our standard production time is 4 to 6 months for bridal gowns. If you’re in a hurry, a rush order can be placed for an additional $200 and your gown will be delivered in as little as 2 months. For last minute orders, some sample gowns may be purchased but this is subject to availability. For our bridesmaid’s dresses, the production timeframe is 2 months, while rush orders can be placed for delivery in as little as 4 weeks. For further assistance, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
CAN I CUSTOMISE OR ALTER ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes! We are believers in finding the dress of your dreams. If this means customizing a neckline or adding sleeves, then this is what we will do! Of course our customizations will need to be approved before placing your order, so it is best to visit a GBN stockist or our Brisbane Studio. You will also be able to select some simpler customization options like adding length or lining a bodice on some gowns online. If you have any questions about altering a dress, e-mail us.
I AM HOPING TO LOSE A BIT OF WEIGHT BEFORE MY SPECIAL DAY, IF I ORDER NOW WILL MY DRESS STILL FIT ME?
This is not a problem at all. Most of our bridal gowns are made with a soft stretch jersey lining that easily adheres to the shape of your body. This enables you to gain or lose a little bit of weight without significantly altering your dress. TIP: It is easier to have a gown taken in then it is to be let out. You should always order a gown in your current size, just to be safe.
WILL MY DRESS BE PERFECT?
All of our dresses undergo a final 3-step high-grade professional quality control check to ensure the fabric and manufacturing of the dresses is of the highest standard before delivery.
We have a great track record with our gowns and you can view the reviews from our previous brides on our testimonials page here.
In the rare event of any manufacturing fault, please let us know immediately and your dress will be repaired for you.
CAN YOU SEND A SAMPLE TO TRY?
Our sample bridal gowns are used for photo shoots and production, therefore we are unable to send these dresses away. However, we are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the lace/lining to help you gain a feel for the fabric and colour. You can order a swatch here.
CAN I BE ASSURED OF YOUR BUSINESS?
Our reputation is exceptional and having won two prestigious wedding industry awards, you can rest assured you are in good hands. We work with over 40+ bridal shops internationally and have dressed hundreds of brides and bridal parties. Our customer service also has an exceptional reputation. Our team works around the clock to cater to any customer service issues or concerns as quick as possible. Our production and manufacturing team also has over 20 years of experience in high-end dress design.
WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS HAVE ME SITTING IN A FEW DIFFERENT SIZES?
That is not a problem at all. We offer split-sizing for all of our gowns. This means you can choose one size for the skirt, and another for the top. Please note that the two sizes need to be somewhat close together. If you have questions about ordering a split size dress you can contact our production team here.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
With soft measuring tape, you will need to measure your bust, waist, and hips. These are the three most important measurements to determine your size. Your bust measurement is the widest part of your chest, your waist measurement is the smallest part of your waist, and your hip measurement is the widest part of your hips. If you’re still unsure of your measurements, we recommend having your measurements taken by a seamstress if possible.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
We strive to make this process as easy as possible! Choose your gown, select all available options from each drop-down menu, and add to cart. If you’re unsure about any of the options and what they entail, send us a quick e-mail and we will clarify them for you. Our team of lovely ladies are available via e-mail all hours of the day.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING WILL BE?
If you add the dress you want to purchase into your cart, we have a shipping calculator system. This will automatically determine your shipping cost based on your address once entered.
If you have any additional questions, contact our team here.
