Depending on where you’re located and how many dresses are purchased your shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
We post your bridal gown in a complimentary GBN bridal box gift packaged and wrap it beautifully. We also recommend purchasing an additional GBN bridal gown dust bag at additional $20.00 to protect your gown and for safe storage when you take it out of the box upon arrival.
For bridesmaids & evening wear dresses they are packaged in a luxe GBN dust bag.
We will email you with the tracking number so you can watch it arrive.
We ship via local courier only with tracking, insurance and signature will be required on delivery. If there is no one home to receive the parcel during business hours it is best to please advise for us to send it to your work address or alternative address where someone will be there to sign for it ensuring a safe delivery.
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added prior to purchase.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?
We work with brides with both minimal time-frames and long time-frames. We recommend for all of our brides to order as soon as possible so we can begin fabric allocation. We work off a production and delivery timeframe based on the date of your wedding and our standard production is 4-6 months for bridal gowns with rush orders accepted in 2 – 3 months and samples may be available for last minute orders. For bridesmaids and evening dress is 6-8 weeks time and rush orders are ready in 4 weeks or less at additional costs. CAN I CUSTOMISE OR ALTER ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Due to our production demands we are unable to offer personal customisation or alter our designs for each bride. During our design process we put a great deal of thought into each design and decide on the best finishings for each design. There are options available for each dress for you to select and choose to customize it to a certain degree. For extra lengths and sizes those can be made on request to suit.
I AM HOPING TO LOSE A BIT OF WEIGHT BEFORE MY SPECIAL DAY, IF I ORDER NOW WILL MY DRESS STILL FIT ME?
We have lots of brides hoping to lose a bit of weight before their special day, which is no problem at all.
You will notice that our fabrics are beautiful and stretchy, so often if brides drop a size in weight, their original size still fits beautifully. If not, our dresses are very easy to alter by a professional seamstress if you would like it a bit more fitted.
If you place your order well in advance of your wedding date then we can confirm your size before your dress goes into production.
WILL MY DRESS BE PERFECT?
All of our dresses undergo a final 3-step high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard before delivery. Our team is highly qualified and experienced, and we pride ourselves on our stellar reputation.
Our brides are always very happy and we have lots of testimonials on our website as well as pictures of previous brides.
In the rare event of any manufacturing fault, we would of course repair your dress for you.
CAN YOU SEND A SAMPLE TO TRY?
Our sample bridal gowns are used for photo shoots and production, therefore we are unable to send these away for brides to try. However we are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the gown to help you gain a feel for the fabrics, please place a Swatch Order here.
For bridesmaids dresses we do offer a sample dress depending on availability at a small fee. Please place a Sample Order here.

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DRESSES?
Due to our collection being in high demand and production times, we do not offer custom designs.
WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS HAVE ME SITTING IN A FEW DIFFERENT SIZES?
That is not a problem at all. Our production team can grade your dress accordingly to your varying dress sizes. You will just need to order your dress based off the size that most of your measurements fall into.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
If you would like to clarify your size and how to take your measurements, you can reference our guides and sizing charts to help determine this. We also recommend having your measurements professionally taken by an alterations place if possible.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
It is all very easy, simply make your dress choice and place your order through our website and enter all your measurements into the notes section. Our team of lovely ladies are online and on the phone all day to assist you too.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING IS?
If you add the dress you want to purchase into your cart, we have a shipping calculator in the cart, which can be used to clarify prices. Our shipping costs are minimal and we use an International express shipping company that offers online tracking.
